Make it a MOJO Monday!

Good Monday Morning to you!                                                                                                    So, for this Make it Monday, I used the MOJO Monday 249 Sketch Challenge as my starting point.

I was playing around this last weekend with the Marker Thumping technique (sneak peak for my club members…I will be sharing that technique with them this month), so this card is using some marker thumping on the image.  I used a Primrose Petals ink pad and Basic Gray marker to create the two-toned image (just tap or thump the marker onto the stamp after inking with the ink pad first- this is an easy and beautiful look).

I used the Flowering Flourishes stamp set (p.121) and the “Thanks” from the Lovely little Labels (p.105). The color combination is Basic Gray, Primrose Petals, and Whisper White. Also, I used the new Large Scallop Edgelit (p.190), Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch, Jewelry Tag punch, Boho Blossoms punch (p.183-185), AND the new 1/4″ Stitched grosgrain ribbon (p.173).  Finally, the last little bit of bling is the colored pearl (I used my permanent markers to change the color of the pearl to match the flower- SO COOL!)
