SMILE! It’s a Freshly Made Sketch

So, I’m back with another Freshly Made Sketch (click to see the other great ideas!)

I wanted to keep it clean and simple, and so this is what I came up with.

I used the Quint-Essential Flower stamp (p.110), and stamped with versamark ink onto Island Indigo and Tangerine Tango card stock.  I embossed with white embossing powder. I then punched out the layers with the 2-3/8″ Scallop circle, the 1-3/4″ Scallop circle, and the 1″ and 1/2″ circle punches (p.184), and added stampin’ dimensionals between the layers (and a pearl).  I also used the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch (p.183) for the scalloped edge.  The DSP is from Summer Smooches (p.165). The “SMILE” is from the Fabulous Phrases stamp set (p.133).  I cut the banner using the Bitty Banner Framelits (p.191).

So, a simple card to bring someone a little smile. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Absolutely gorgeous, Miechelle! I love the colors you selected. The white embossing really sets the flower off…as does the pearl center! I thought of you this weekend when I passed through on the way to the dog show in Amana 🙂 Thanks for playing at Freshly Made Sketches!
