May the Luck of the Irish be with you!

st. pats card classThis is a card that I offered at my recent card class. I saw this idea by France Martin. She had a great idea of making the shamrock out of the Full Heart punch (p.182) and folding them in half to create a bit of dimension. You need to punch out 6 hearts, fold them in half, and line them up in a shamrock design. I added a brad to the center and used the stem stamp from the Perfectly Preserved stamp set (p.36 of the spring catalog…carried over from the Holiday catty). The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (p.133). I used Lucky Limeade as my card base and DSP color.

I think this is such a great idea…..Thanks, France! I just love a little dimension!  Hope you are feeling lucky today. Happy Stampin’!
