Gift Card Envelope & Trims Thinlits Dies

This great Thinlit Die was available in the recent Holiday Catalog, AND it is still available in the new 2015 Occasions Catalog. If you have the new Occasions Catalog, check out page 49, to see all the carry-over or returning favorites from the Holiday Catalog. I am so happy that Stampin’ Up put these items in the new Occasions Catalog, otherwise there was always that question of what was still available and what wasn’t….now it is right there at your fingertips!! YIPEE!

IMG_6527Here are some examples of what I used this nifty little Thinlit Die for. I made these Gift Card holders for some of our Christmas gifts (I actually used them for money) and they were a big hit with the relatives.

IMG_6528I used several of the stamp sets and Designer Series Papers in the Holiday Catalog to decorate and “Fancy” them up a bit. This is from the Visions of Santa stamp set (p.29 HC) and Trim the Tree DSP (p.7 HC).

IMG_6530IMG_6531This uses the Festival of Trees stamp set, the Tree Punch (p.24 HC/ p.49 OC), and the Trim the Tree DSP (p.7 HC).

IMG_6537This one uses the All is Calm Specialty DSP (p.22 HC) and the Star Framelits (p.231).

IMG_6532IMG_6534This last sample uses the All is Calm DSP, the All is Calm Washi Tape (p.22 HC), the Lost Lagoon Taffeta Ribbon (p.22 HC), and the Endless Wishes stamp set (p.32 HC).

Since more and more of us are giving gift cards and money as gifts, this is a really nice way to add a little extra special touch to those, otherwise, boring gifts.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Stampin’ !
